Do you like to go to the same familiar country or even town in your own country every year for your holiday?….
…or do you prefer to be more adventurous and visit different places in the world?
The fact is most people have a ‘better safe than sorry’ attitude to holidays and hence a favorite place or places that they feel comfortable with.
If that describes you, then all other aspects of your life will undoubtedly follow the same ‘comfort zone’ behaviour.
You may remember from a previous post that we discussed the need to break free from comfort zones in order to make any improvement in your life…
…no change means no improvement.
Changing your habitual holiday destination and going somewhere new is a significant step to drive change and improvement in your life.
Even if you are one of the few truly adventurous people who go somewhere different every year, it doesn’t necessarily mean that your life is perfect and that change is unnecessary, but clearly, your mindset and attitude to life is much more receptive to change and, therefore, improvement.
Have a productive day!
